Welcome to Haus Judith in Niederrasen. Our quiet and light-flooded apartments in Antholz valley are situated on 1,030 m above sea level, embedded in wide meadows and lush forests. Despite the quiet position, you can reach the famous skiing area of Mt. Kronplatz, the picturesque city centre of Bruneck and much more within only a few minutes.

Our apartments are light-flooded and comfortable. Ideal for 2-4 persons, they also have underfloor heating and a balcony. The apartments at Haus Judith are perfect for families with children. As well, well-behaving domestic animals are welcome. In summer, you can relax in our cozy garden with barbecue facilities. Every Sunday, we spoil you with homemade cakes.

At any season, the picturesque natural landscape in the surrounding area of our Haus Judith is a paradise for all kinds of outdoor activities in the environs of the Dolomites and the magnificent peaks of Nature Park Rieserferner-Ahrn. Not very far from our apartments, you can also find shops, restaurants, the tourist office, a pharmacy as well as a recreational park.

The indicated prices are to be understood for 2 persons per day, including all necessary expenses such as energy consumption, use of kitchen, bath an d bed linen as well as final cleaning. The price also includes free Wi-Fi and the Holiday Pass – a bonus card allowing you to use all means of public transport in South Tyrol for free and including many other benefits.

• Children from 0 to 2 years are free. Please bring your own children’s bed.
• Children from 3 to 7 years pay 9,00 € per day.
• For children from 8 to 13 years the surcharge is 14,00 € per day.
• For any additional guest (from 14 years) we charge 18,00 € per day.

from winter 2026

• Children from 0 to 2 years are free. Please bring your own children’s bed.
• Children from 3 to 7 years pay 10,00 € per day.
• For children from 8 to 13 years the surcharge is 15,00 € per day.
• For any additional guest (from 14 years) we charge 20,00 € per day.

Minimum stay

The prices are valid from a stay of 5 days. For shorter stays we offset an additional fee.

 
Local tax

The local tax is 2,5 € per person (from 14 years) and day and is paid on site.

Arrival, Departure

Arrival: the booked apartments are available from 3 pm (as far as possible, also earlier)
Departure: We ask you to leave your apartment until 10 am on your day of departure.

Payment conditions

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.

Cancellation policies

For cancellations...
made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.

Cancellation insurance

Please inform us in early if you cannot start your holiday. We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation cover from "Europäische Reiseversicherung" when you book your stay.
